DESCRIPTION:Experience the fragrance and beauty of the North Fork Valley in full bloom! \nJoin Us for the 15th Annual Colorado Lavender Festival! \nCelebrate the start of lavender season with us on Sunday\, June 28\, 2026\, during our Opening Day at Stanton Farms / Paonia Lavender!\nWe’ll be open from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM for self-guided tours through the lavender fields\, featuring 20 different cultivars of lavender. Enjoy beautiful blooms\, our Bouquet Bar\, handcrafted lavender products\, and a limited number of Lavender Picnics available by advance reservation through our website.\n Sweet news! We’re thrilled to welcome Cold Theory Shaved Ice to the farm from 11:00 AM–4:00 PM\, serving up the perfect summer treat while you explore the farm.\nWe’ll also have a pop-up farm store and U-Pick lavender offerings\, depending on harvest availability. More details coming soon!\nThis year is especially meaningful as Stanton Farms celebrates 52 years of farming. While our lavender fields were planted beginning in 2017\, the property was purchased by the Stanton family in 1974\, and we’re excited to celebrate this milestone season with you.\nWhile you’re exploring the festival\, be sure to visit our fellow North Fork Valley lavender growers: Connor Orchards in Hotchkiss Elevation Mountain Grown Herbal Tea Farm in Hotchkiss\n(Be sure to check their websites and social media pages for schedules and event details.)\nThroughout the festival weekend\, lavender farms across the valley will offer tours\, demonstrations\, workshops\, and special activities. We also encourage you to visit one of the many farm stands\, orchards\, wineries\, and tasting rooms throughout the North Fork Valley and the acclaimed West Elks AVA.\nBring your friends and family\, stroll the farm\, and enjoy a relaxing day surrounded by lavender.
