All proceeds directly support local beef promotion\, agriculture education\, and future scholarships across Delta County. \nThe evening features a delicious\, catered Prime Rib dinner with two limited seatings\, followed by a live performance from the popular dance band Cimarron playing Classic Rock\, Country\, Funky\, and Bluesy favorites. Attendees can also bid on an exciting selection of silent and live auction items.
