This premium culinary event invites wine lovers to taste upcoming vintages directly from the oak barrels, discovering the nuanced differences in aging wines. Hosted by the winery owners and served by an exceptional staff, the afternoon features a guided culinary journey exploring a South American Food & Wine Expedition Menu.

The South American Expedition Menu
Heirloom Harvest Salad: Organic field greens, heirloom tomatoes, and watermelon radish with a red wine garlic vinaigrette. Paired with 2024 Chardonnay.
White Wine Flight: Argentina Red Scarlet Shrimp Ceviche; Heart of Palm Salad; Turmeric & Cumin Marinated Chicken Wraps; Peruvian Crab Arroz Chafe; and Pāo de Queijo (Brazilian cheese bread). Paired with 2024 Chardonnay & 2024 Pinot Gris.
Intermezzo: Fireside Rosé Sorbet.
Red Wine Flight: Syrah braised short rib tacos; Roasted garlic & organic buffalo-stuffed mushrooms; Rosemary & garlic-crusted smoked Leg of Lamb with Chimichurri; Peruvian Solterito salad; and slow-roasted pork empanadas. Paired with 2023 Syrah & 2022 Merlot.
Dessert: Roasted Banana Layer Cake with toasted coconut cream cheese frosting. Paired with Il Diavolo Dessert Wine.
