Ark of Taste Farm to Table Dinner

Indulge in an exquisite evening of extraordinary culinary artistry and local heritage at the Ark of Taste Farm to Table Dinner! Slow Food Western Slope cordially invites you to attend this premier multi-course fundraising feast nestled inside the stunning, rustic wine caves of Alfred Eames Cellars in Paonia, Colorado.
This year’s highly anticipated dinner features the incredibly talented Forage Sisters as our guest chefs. Known for their passionate dedication to wood-fired cooking and locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, the Forage Sisters will construct a magnificent multi-course menu highlighting regional flavors and unique ingredients protected by the Ark of Taste catalog. Every dish will serve as a celebration of the agricultural richness found right here in Delta County and the greater Western Slope.
Best of all, your attendance directly fuels global humanitarian relief. All proceeds from this dinner will be forwarded to World Central Kitchen (WCK). Founded on a revolutionary model for disaster relief, WCK provides immediate, chef-prepared meals to communities devastated by natural disasters and humanitarian crises while actively helping them recover and build more resilient, independent local food systems.
