On Sunday, March 3rd, REI and Grand Mesa Nordic Council will be partnering for a Snowshoe Day from 11AM-2PM at County Line Trailhead. REI will be offering free snowshoe rentals, and GMNC will be preparing the trails. There will be tips and instruction, and this is an opportunity to try out snowshoeing if you are new to the sport. However, if snowshoeing is old hat for you, on this day we will be testing out potential new snowshoe-only trails, and we’d love to gather your feedback. Guided tours will be offered at 12PM and 1PM.
