Celebrate the return of the growing season at the Honey Rock Spring Harvest Celebration! We are thrilled to welcome back our new Head Chef, Mike Winston, who wowed guests last fall and is returning to lead our public harvest celebrations and seasonal menus. Join us for the first farm-to-table dinner of the season, featuring a menu crafted from fresh greenhouse vegetables and the vibrant, thoughtful flavors of spring grown right here on the farm.

Beyond the incredible meal, guests can enhance their relaxation with an Optional Sauna Experience. Unwind before or after your dinner in the Fire Within Sauna, our on-site wood-burning mobile sauna.
