Ark of Taste Farm to Table Dinner- Alfred Eames Cellars

Slow Food Western Slope invites you to an extraordinary multi-course culinary journey featuring the acclaimed Forage Sisters, Mirasol and Nicole. Drawing from their Argentinian and Italian roots, the Forage Sisters curate simplistic, earthen styles of food that celebrate the spirit of Colorado and the bounty of Western Slope farms.
This evening is a dinner with a global purpose. 100% of proceeds will be forwarded to World Central Kitchen (WCK). Founded by Chef José Andrés, WCK has revolutionized disaster relief with a “locals feeding locals” model. Since 2025, WCK has served over 130 million meals globally, from Gaza and Ukraine to hurricane relief in the Caribbean. By attending, you are supporting immediate aid and long-term food resilience for communities in crisis.
