Kick off the summer season with North Fork Uncorked, the West Elks AVA’s signature celebration of wine, food, and high-altitude viticulture! From June 5–7, wineries across Paonia and Hotchkiss open their cellar doors for a weekend of new releases, barrel tastings, and gourmet culinary pairings.
This isn’t just a wine tasting; it’s an immersion into artisanal winemaking. Highlights include a Sparkling Wine Release Party with fresh oysters at The Storm Cellar, honey harvesting demos at Bramble Winery, and exclusive winemaker dinners at Alfred Eames Cellars and Stone Cottage Cellars. Whether you are hunting for limited-production Pinot Noir or crisp mountain Rieslings, Uncorked offers the perfect refreshing getaway in the heart of Colorado’s orchard country.
